All-Time Highest Sale for PSA 10 Japanese Pokemon Master Base Set!

A historic moment in Japan2UK history with the sale of one of our much loved and prized possessions... A full 1996 Master Set of Base Set Japanese Pokemon all in PSA 10 slabs!

You see, we aren't just a retailer that sell Pokemon. At the heart, like many others in this industry, we are collectors. I don't think anyone who is active in this industry (apart from scalpers) get into Pokemon and TCGs without having a foundation of collecting and having a genuine passion for Trading Card Games. 

That being said, this one is somewhat bitter sweet. A lot of time, blood, sweat and tears went into completing this master set and let me tell you, it is no simple task. There's a lot of sentimentality soaked up in this set and it's something we spent a lot of time and energy putting together.

Although we knew one day, it would be something that would be moved on to a new home, the question was always... When is a good time? 

I suppose it is no surprise given the timing of the sale, that having the original 1996 master set, we have coincided it closely with the upcoming release of the Pokemon 30th Celebration release coming in just a couple of weeks (at the time of writing this).

Something poetic about it right? 

30 years of Pokemon in a new celebratory release, and to celebrate, we have managed to make a little mark on Pokemon history by selling the current All-Time highest amount for a PSA 10 Master Set of the original Pokemon release.

This is a true Master set including all Holos, Trainers, Energies and to top it off, a PSA 10 Base set Booster Pack!
