These Terms & Conditions are explicitly in relation to our "Sell Your Items Here!" programme whereby, individuals can obtain a quotation for items they have in their possession and are owners of, with the purpose of Japan2UK purchasing on a secondary market basis.

Ts & Cs

- Pricing & quotes provided are non negotiable.

- Quotes are valid for 48 hours. Quotes must be agreed prior to sending items for inspection and within 7 days of agreement.

- Submission forms must include true and accurate descriptions of each item. For example; include reference to any defects to packing and/or product itself.

- Single (RAW) Trading Cards will only be considered if in excess of £100 market value.

- The customer/client is responsible for the postage & packaging of items to Japan2UK. Please ensure you carefully select an appropriate level of protection/insurance for your items through your chosen courier, e.g. Tracked 24/48 or Special Delivery (Royal Mail).

- We reserve the right to offer a counter quotation upon inspection in the event that items do not match the disclaimed detail or condition

- Japan2UK for the avoidance of any doubt, will not purchase any items that have been acquired by consumers through illegitimate means. This includes, but is not limited to: Stolen items, items exchanged between businesses or individuals in lieu of illegal acts, conspiracy to or the actual creation of forgeries, duplicated or fake products, and any items that an individual, completing this submission, has no ownership of or authority therein to sell, including selling on someone else's behalf without explicit consent. Please conduct yourself accordingly and provide us with any details you deem important to disclose.

- The seller is responsible for providing true and accurate bank information in relation to agreed payments. Please ensure the information you are providing is 100% accurate including names, account numbers and sort codes. Japan2UK is not liable for payments made to accounts that have been incorrectly stated within our correspondence. Please also ensure a copy of your submission form (provided) is included with your physical submission.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- We use a wide range of comparable sources which give anywhere between 70-85% of current market comps.

- Payments are made within 24 hours of successful inspection of goods via BACS bank transfer

- This is a zero fee service. Our quotes are based solely on the value of your items based on current market comparisons.
