Chinese Pokemon Eeveelution Special Release Revealed
Chinese Pokemon’s New Eeveelution Special Release Is Looking Massive
Well then… Chinese Pokemon TCG has decided to absolutely go for it. There are a few different names floating around for this new Chinese special release at the moment, including Blooming Legends and Terastal Grand Gathering, depending on where the translation or product information is coming from. So for now, we are going to keep things simple and refer to it as the new Chinese Eeveelution special release until the naming fully settles across collector circles. Whatever name ends up sticking, the theme is very clear: this is a huge Eevee and Eeveelution-focused release, and it looks like China is getting one of the most interesting Pokemon TCG product waves of the year. The biggest talking point so far is a Chinese-exclusive Sylveon ex Special Illustration Rare, which is already getting collectors talking. This does not appear to be a simple reprint of an existing card either, which makes it even more interesting for anyone who collects Sylveon, Eeveelutions, or exclusive international Pokemon cards. So yes, if you thought Eeveelution collecting was already intense, Chinese Pokemon has just thrown another shiny little grenade into the mix.
When does the new Chinese Eeveelution set release?
The new Chinese Eeveelution special release is currently expected to release on 12th June 2026. As always with these international Pokemon releases, dates and product details can sometimes shift around slightly depending on region, distribution and how quickly information gets translated across collector circles, but this is the date being reported from the current product information.
The booster packs are 10-card packs, with each pack containing either 7 standard cards and 3 holo cards, or 6 standard cards and 4 holo cards. So this is not just a standard booster release where you are ripping pack after pack hoping for anything shiny. There should be a decent amount of holo action across the packs, which makes sense for a release this heavily focused on Eevee, the Eeveelutions and premium-style collecting.
What is actually in the set?
The main focus is very clearly Eevee and all eight Eeveelutions. That means Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon, Glaceon and Sylveon are all part of the wider product theme, with the whole release built around that collector-friendly Eevee family appeal.
The set is expected to include Eevee and Eeveelution ex cards, Special Illustration Rares, ACE SPEC cards, Poké Ball reverse holos and Master Ball reverse holos. Those Poké Ball and Master Ball reverse holos are worth paying attention to, because they have become a big part of modern collector interest, especially when popular Pokemon are involved.
But the card everyone is already watching is the Chinese-exclusive Sylveon ex Special Illustration Rare. Sylveon is already one of the strongest modern collector Pokemon, and exclusive artwork always creates extra interest. When you combine those two things, you get exactly the sort of card that people start talking about before the product has even properly landed.
The product range is seriously big
This is where the release gets really interesting. China is not just dropping a booster box and calling it a day. There is a full wave of Eeveelution-themed products coming with it, including booster packs, coin sets, collector accessory boxes, pin sets, quicksand display charm boxes, themed gift boxes and a premium Eevee & Friends Gift Box.
Chinese Pokemon releases have become known for this kind of thing. They often feel a lot more “collector product” focused than some other regions, with accessories, display pieces and themed items that you do not usually see in the same way from Japanese or English releases. That is a big part of why more collectors are starting to pay attention to them.

Booster Packs
The standard booster packs are the core product for the release. Each pack contains 10 cards, with either 7 standard cards and 3 holo cards, or 6 standard cards and 4 holo cards. These packs will be the main way to chase the big cards from the set, including the Eeveelution ex cards, Special Illustration Rares, Poké Ball reverse holos, Master Ball reverse holos and the exclusive Sylveon ex SAR.
For anyone looking to open the set rather than just collect sealed products, this is obviously where most of the attention will be. The set already has the kind of theme that makes people want to rip packs, especially with Eeveelutions involved.
Eeveelution Coin Sets
One of the smaller product lines is the Eeveelution Coin Sets, and there are 9 versions in total. These cover Eevee, Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon, Glaceon and Sylveon.
Each coin set includes 1 booster pack, 1 matching Eevee or Eeveelution holo card, and 1 matching themed coin. Nice and simple on the surface, but of course there is a chase element.
Each Pokemon has 10 different coin designs, made up of 9 standard coin designs and 1 hidden gold coin design. The hidden gold coin has a reported pull rate of 1%, which immediately turns these into more than just a basic pack-and-coin product.
This is exactly the sort of thing that makes the product range fun for collectors. You can pick your favourite Eeveelution, grab the matching product, and still have that added chase element with the hidden gold coins.
Eeveelution Collector Accessory Boxes
The Eeveelution Collector Accessory Boxes are another 9-product range, again covering Eevee and all eight Eeveelutions.
Each collector accessory box includes 2 booster packs, 1 matching damage counter case, and 1 matching magnetic metal badge. The accessories also have rarity tiers, with standard accessories, hidden accessories and super-hidden accessories included across the product line.
This is one of the things that makes Chinese Pokemon products feel a bit different. You are not just opening for the cards inside the packs. You are also opening for the accessory variant inside the box. That gives the product a bit more of a blind-box feel, which can be really fun if you like collecting display pieces and themed accessories.
For sealed collectors, these boxes could look really nice lined up as a full Eeveelution set. For anyone who enjoys the display side of Pokemon collecting, this is one of the product ranges that stands out straight away.
Eeveelution Pin Sets
The Eeveelution Pin Sets are another smaller product range, but again, they come with a chase element.
Each pin set includes 1 booster pack and 1 random Eevee or Eeveelution themed pin. Across the full product range, there are 81 pin designs in total, made up of 72 standard designs and 9 hidden designs.
That is a lot of pins.
The hidden pin rate is reportedly 1%, so these add another layer of collectability to the overall release. For most collectors, this will probably be a fun side product. Pick up a few, see what pin you get, maybe try to grab your favourite Eeveelution. It is a nice way to make the release feel bigger than just booster packs and standard sealed boxes.
Quicksand Card Display Charm Gift Boxes
This might be one of the most interesting products from the entire release.
The Quicksand Card Display Charm Gift Box includes 2 booster packs, 1 Eevee or Eeveelution holo card, and 1 themed quicksand card display charm. The quicksand charm is basically a display-style accessory with liquid and glitter inside, so when you move it around, the glitter shifts inside the frame.
It is very different from the kind of accessory we usually see in Pokemon products, and that is exactly why people are paying attention to it.
There are 18 display charm designs in total, made up of 9 standard designs and 9 hidden designs. The standard versions come with a matching Poké Ball reverse holo card, while the hidden versions come with a matching Pokemon ex holo card. The hidden charm rate is reportedly 10%.
This feels like one of those products that could be really popular with collectors who enjoy displaying their cards and accessories together. It is not just a pack-opening product; it is something that gives you a themed display piece for your favourite Eeveelution.
Eeveelution Gift Box Sets
The Eeveelution Gift Box Sets are probably going to be one of the more popular sealed products from the release.
There are 9 versions again, covering Eevee and all eight Eeveelutions. Each gift box includes 8 booster packs, 1 matching themed card album, and 1 pack of 64 matching themed card sleeves.
This is a really strong product format because it gives collectors a decent number of packs while also including useful themed accessories. Sleeves and albums are not just throwaway extras either, especially when they are themed around specific Eeveelutions. If you collect one particular Eeveelution, this is probably one of the cleanest products to target.
From a sealed display point of view, these should also look great. A full run of all 9 gift boxes would be a very nice Eeveelution display, especially alongside Japanese Eevee Heroes, Terastal Festival ex, Prismatic Evolutions or any other Eevee-focused products.
Eevee & Friends Gift Box
Then we have the big one: the Eevee & Friends Gift Box.
This is the premium product from the release, and it is absolutely packed. The box includes 15 booster packs, 1 Espeon ex holo promo, 1 Umbreon ex holo promo, an Eevee & Friends themed playmat, a playmat storage case, a deck box, a card divider, a pack of 64 card sleeves, a damage counter case, 9 damage-counter dice, 1 coin flip dice, a metal magnetic badge, a Poison marker and a Burn marker.
So yes, there is a lot going on.
This is basically the “give me everything” box. You get packs, promos, accessories, a playmat, sleeves, dice, markers and storage items all in one premium product.
The biggest detail for many collectors will be the Espeon ex and Umbreon ex holo promos. Umbreon being involved instantly raises interest, and pairing it with Espeon makes a lot of sense for a premium Eeveelution box. These are two of the most popular Eeveelutions, and they are exactly the kind of promos that collectors will want to secure early.
This will almost certainly be one of the headline sealed products from the release.
Why collectors are paying attention
There are a few reasons this release is already getting people talking.
First, it is Eeveelutions. That alone is enough to make collectors pay attention. Eevee and the Eeveelutions are some of the most popular Pokemon in the entire TCG, and whenever a product range is built around them, demand usually follows.
Second, the product range is massive. This is not a small release with one or two extras. There are multiple product lines, different accessories, chase variants, gift boxes and a premium box. It feels like a proper collector wave rather than just a normal set release.
Third, the Chinese-exclusive Sylveon ex SAR gives the release a card that international collectors will be watching closely. Exclusive artwork is always interesting, but when it is attached to a Pokemon like Sylveon, it becomes even more notable.
Fourth, Chinese Pokemon products are becoming more interesting in general. The quality is official, the product formats are different, and the accessories often feel more experimental than what we usually see elsewhere. For collectors who already buy Japanese and English Pokemon products, Chinese releases can offer something a bit different while still being part of the official Pokemon TCG.
A familiar feel for Terastal Festival ex collectors
If this release feels familiar, there is a good reason for that. The new Chinese Eeveelution special release is heavily based around the same kind of Eevee and Terastal theme that made Terastal Festival ex such a standout release for Japanese Pokemon collectors.
That is a big part of why this set is already getting attention. Terastal Festival ex brought together Eevee, the full Eeveelution line-up, Terastal-style artwork, Master Ball reverse holos, Poké Ball reverse holos and premium-feeling chase cards in a way that really clicked with collectors. This new Chinese release appears to follow that same collector-friendly formula, but with its own product range, accessories and the added bonus of exclusive Chinese artwork.
For anyone who enjoyed Terastal Festival ex, this feels like a really natural follow-up. You have the same broad appeal of Eevee and the Eeveelutions, the same style of premium collecting, and a much larger product range built around display pieces, accessories and themed sealed products.
The Chinese-exclusive Sylveon ex SAR also gives the release something of its own rather than simply feeling like another version of a set we have already seen. That is what makes this one particularly interesting. It has the familiarity of Terastal Festival ex, but with enough unique Chinese product elements to make it feel fresh.
Chinese Pokemon TCG is not messing around with this Eeveelution release.
Whether you call it Blooming Legends, Terastal Grand Gathering, or just the new Chinese Eeveelution special release, the direction is clear: this is one of the biggest Eevee-focused product waves we have seen for 2026.
The product range is huge, the accessories are genuinely interesting, and the exclusive Sylveon ex Special Illustration Rare gives the set a proper headline chase card. Add in Umbreon and Espeon promos, themed gift boxes, pins, coins, quicksand display charms and Master Ball-style collecting, and there is a lot here for Pokemon fans to get excited about.
As always, we will keep an eye on product details, availability and any further reveals as they come through.
But one thing is already obvious: Eeveelution collectors are not getting a quiet year.
